PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the stipulations of Article 5 of Law 15/99 on the Protection of Personal Data, you are hereby informed:

a) That all CVs and adjoining documentation received by P. FERRO GPF, S.L. (GPF-Grupo Plásticos Ferro) may be included in a computerised file that contains them.

b) That the purpose for including this data on this computerised file is for their analysis and treatment in order to determine your suitability for the precise profile required for each post, and in order to carry out a selection process for the purpose of offering a possible employment contract.

c) P. FERRO GPF, S.L. (GPF-Grupo Plásticos Ferro) will only include data which, having been sent voluntarily by the respective applicant, it considers necessary for the process of selecting personnel.

d) That applicants may freely exercise their right to access, alter and cancel this information and any other rights recognised by current legislation regarding their personal details held by the Organisation, in accordance with the terms of Law 15/99 on the Protection of Personal Data and other regulations affecting it. To do so, they must contact the party responsible for the file, which is held at the Human Resources Department in Paseo Marítimo, 7-8 Bajo; 15002; A Coruña; Spain.

e) That the company responsible for the file is P. FERRO GPF, S.L. (GPF-Grupo Plásticos Ferro) with registered offices in Paseo Marítimo, 7-8 Bajo, 15002 A Coruña- Spain

f) The applicant to whom the CV and adjoining documentation refers grants their express consent for the computerised treatment of these documents, as well as for their use and transfer to any of the companies belonging to the group GPF-Grupo Plásticos Ferro (P. FERRO GPF, S.L.), which are shown on our corporate website at www.grupoplasticosferro.com and for the same purpose indicated in paragraph b).
